This is our traditional and original 90 minute Hot yoga practice. There are 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises done in a hot room to encourage sweating and promote flexibility, healing and strength. This class is great for beginners, experienced yoga practitioners and athletes. The benefits are tremendous!
The same 26 Original Hot Yoga (26 & 2) poses done in 60 minutes. Practiced in the same order but some poses are done only once. This class is for everyone and is great when you are short on time, but determined to maintain your practice.
